Nice experience which changed our mood & gave mental relaxation.

1) Cleanliness, hygiene, ambience was too good. Facilities are excellent! 2) Silence is a positive point. 3) Umbrella facility.

1) Cupboard is not provided in room for keeping clothes and items. 2) Lighting should be much more bright in room as well as in certain locations of the resort including around the swimming area.It is too dim & dark. 3) Free pick up and drop facility should be provided from Manglore airport.

The location is strategic as most of the tourist places are easily reachable. Staff is very friendly and prompt to service. Hotel is clean with lots of playing activity. Well maintained swimming pool.

Wonderful

The rooms were super spacious, the extra beds we requested were ready in no time and the swimming pool was clean and lovely. The breakfast spread was also good.

The entire breakfast spread was not ready at 7:30 am which they informed was the breakfast start time. It still wasn't ready by the time we finished having our breakfast with available spread. This needs tk be improved upon for guests who would like an early checko

My stay at this hotel was excellent The staff was polite, and the rooms were decent.

l had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and dining options. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience."well maintained

Worth a stay

Food was really good and exceptional across Breakfast and dinner. Ala Carte dinner was so wonderful as well, along with exceptional Buffet Breakfast

Room should be wet moped daily - I think wooden flooring could be an issue why this is not being done.

Food was excellent. Gardening was very well done.

Lot many questions asked at reception at check-in. I checked in with my 2 kids and have mentioned about them in my booking on booking.com. Still had to convince the reception staff that I shouldn't be charged extra. Resort was very very costly and didn't feel by any measurements it was value for the money that I paid.

it s a great place for families, as a Resort there could be more attention to environmental care

The food was excellent, the service staff very friendly and tried everything to comply to all our extra wishes. I liked the possibilities to get filtered water in glass bottles so you could avoid the plastic bottle waste. The rooms service was very caring, the rooms very clean. The beds are comfy and the rooms are spacious. The pool is wonderful and the garden well maintained. For kids are playground and lots of space to run around.

The communication with the front desk did not worked so well. The fitness room is not very well equipped, but the machines are working which are there and somebody is always in charge to look after you while you train. The Panorama rooms have no window to be opened which is strange in such a wonderful environment.

Very Good

The spa is awesome.... The messaure is very well experienced and will make u relaxed.... The facility is very well maintained. Good and clean gadern... Rooms are spacious and very well maintained.

There is no entertainment near the pool.... Foods are not allowed near the pool....the changing room and licker rooms are far away from the area

A lovely and comfortable stay.

Its a brilliant place to go and plop down for a few days. Which is what you will have to do, as it is quite far from the major places. Hire a car here. The surroundings are very pretty, and the resort itself is beautiful.

Breakfast is a little limited in terms of non-veg items. However, it is sufficiently varied to have your fill and go out and explore the cuisine of the region.
